Yes, we have a one year workmanship warranty on all of our flooring projects.


We recommend BONA cleanser. Please do not use anything from a grocery store. You can access BONA Cleanser for purchase here.


Yes, we are happy to show you multiple samples on the wood for you to choose from.


Yes, we absolutely are both licenses and insured.


While of course you are welcome to stay, we would suggest leaving while we are actively working on your floors. It can get very noisy in the house and at certain times the floor is blocked from any walking access, especially during the sanding process. We are happy to let you know the best, and not as good, times to be home.

Prefinished wood flooring is finished in a factory before installation, while unfinished wood flooring is sanded and finished on-site. Prefinished flooring usually refers to Laminate and LVP flooring and tends to be more convenient and can be installed faster, while unfinished flooring usually refers to traditional hardwood flooring and allows for more customization and can be a better option for older homes or unique spaces.


Yes, wood flooring can be installed in kitchens and bathrooms, as well as most other rooms, as long as it is properly sealed to prevent moisture damage. It is recommended to choose engineered hardwood for these areas as it is more resistant to moisture than solid hardwood.


Normally the timelines for this will be determined by the flooring sub-contractor and the main contractor for the home and are based on several different criteria. If you have any questions you can reach out to your contractor, your agent or the flooring contractor.
